But to give you somewhere to land... a few minutes that belong entirely to you, where you don’t have to be strong or hopeful or okay.

When the thoughts won’t stop at night. Created for the moments when your mind refuses to rest, when you climb into bed exhausted but find yourself replaying, rehearsing, worrying.
This meditation gently guides you back into your body, quiets the mental noise, and creates the conditions for deep, healing sleep
. Perfect for: nights when anxiety feels loudest, after difficult appointments, or any time rest feels out of reach.
For the Two Week Wait:
When waiting feels unbearable. The two week wait is one of the most emotionally demanding stretches of the fertility journey, and one of the least supported.
This meditation was written specifically for that in between space: after you’ve done everything you can do, and now you simply have to wait.
It holds the hope and the fear at the same time, without asking you to feel differently than you do. Perfect for: any point in the 2WW, moments of acute anxiety, or when you need to feel less alone.

When fear takes over. For the moments when your mind starts to loop, the what-ifs, the worst case scenarios, the thoughts that spiral before you’ve even noticed they’ve begun.
This meditation works directly with your nervous system, using breath, grounding and gentle visualisation to bring you back to calm.

This was made by someone who understands... personally and professionally.
I came to this work through two paths:
my own fertility journey, and years of supporting women professionally through one of the most vulnerable experiences of their lives.
What I know from both of those paths is this:
the emotional experience of fertility struggles is wildly under supported.
Women are given information, protocols, timelines, but rarely given permission to feel what they’re feeling.
Rarely given tools to actually live inside this experience with a little more peace.
The Inner Sanctuary is my way of beginning to change that. These meditations are the same kind of support I wish someone had offered me... not toxic positivity, not empty reassurance, but real, honest, compassionate guidance that meets you exactly where you are.
