There was a time when I felt like I was slowly disappearing. The lighthearted, hopeful person I once was had been replaced by someone I barely recognised. Month after month, year after year, I lived on an endless emotional rollercoaster, timing everything perfectly, chasing answers, only to be crushed when nothing changed. No pink or blue lines. No shift in my reality. Just the quiet ache of hope slipping further away.
I felt broken, ashamed, and at war with my body. I hated what I’d become. I avoided baby showers, pulled away from friends, and hid my pain behind my uniform as a midwife - surrounded daily by the joy of new beginnings, while silently grieving what I couldn’t seem to create in my own life.
Even my marriage began to fray under the weight of the unspoken pain. We were stuck in limbo. I was stuck in survival mode, watching life move forward for everyone else while mine stood still, completely silent, emotionally muffled, and unbearably lonely.

The breaking point came; unexpected and symbolic. A virus left me physically unable to speak, my vocal cords partially paralised. The pain of not voicing my struggles had manifested into literal silence. And in that silence, something profound shifted.
Forced to pause, I could no longer pretend everything was fine. I had spent years pouring everything into trying to conceive, without realising I had abandoned myself in the process.
I needed to heal, but not just to become a mother, but to become whole again.

That’s when everything changed. I stopped searching for external answers and turned inward. I began to honour the grief, the fear, and the heartbreak I had buried. No more pushing it away or pretending to be okay. I let myself feel it all, without judgment.
It was in this sacred space of honesty that I started to see a way through.
Instead of fighting my emotions, I began to allow myself to feel them. I rebuilt trust with my body. I reconnected with my breath. I found strength not in pushing through, but in slowing down, listening, and choosing to treat myself with kindness.
I gave myself permission to be happy, even in the waiting. Even without knowing if I’d ever become a mum.
And that’s when the biggest shift happened: I stopped waiting to live.
I remembered who I was beyond the struggle. A woman full of light, love, resilience, and purpose. I realigned with the things that made me feel alive, happy, connected, creative and positive. I stopped putting my life on hold and chose to live it in the here and now.
I learned how to live with uncertainty rather than letting it define me.
I wasn't just surviving anymore. I was truly living.
And in that reclaimed happiness… I finally became a mum.
Becoming a mum wasn’t just about holding a baby. It was about reclaiming my power and identity. Healing gave me back to me. And that gift is now the foundation of the work I do.

Great question! The self-paced course is flexible - you move through the modules and bonuses on your own schedule. The 1:1 coaching program is more intimate - we meet weekly, and I tailor practices and support just for you. You’ll also receive between-session check-ins and a closing ceremony to honor your transformation.

The sessions are yours to use as you feel you need, up to a maximum of 60-75 minutes each, and can be done at your own pace. No pressure, no deadlines. You’ll also have lifetime access to the resources and ongoing support through the community and voxer/emails. You don't need to "push through" this…..you’ll be held and supported every step of the way.
