A few years ago, I was right where you might be now: stuck in the heartbreak and exhaustion of trying to conceive. Every pregnancy announcement felt like a punch to the stomach. I smiled on the outside, but inside I was crumbling. I avoided baby showers, muted friends on social media, and questioned my worth as a woman and a wife, I even questioned if I was good enough to be a Mum at all.
After years of failed cycles, endless waiting, miscarriage and one devastating loss, I realised something had to change. I couldn’t control the outcome, but I could change how I dealt with the daily pain. That’s when I began exploring gentle mindset tools, nervous system regulation, and emotional boundaries that helped me breathe again, find balance, and stop feeling so alone.
Now, as an Emotional Fertility Coach and qualified Midwife, I support women just like you: strong, resilient, hopeful women who are carrying so much on their shoulders and need a safe space to land.
