I help women who feel like they've lost themselves in their struggle to have a child of their own, to feel ready to embrace life again with clarity, confidence and renewed hope.
The Heart of Fertility Group Package
3 month group coaching support package; perfect for those who are just starting to seek emotional balance and inner strength on their fertility journey. You'll receive access to 12 x 1 hour weekly sessions, we'll work together to release negative thought patterns, discover emotional freedom techniques and strategies that really help you move forward with hope and resilience in your journey.
Creating a journey of healing, empowerment and self-discovery, throughout our time together we'll cultivate a mindset that empowers you, helps you to reconnect with your relationships and cope with emotional triggers, find peace in the present moment, and navigate the mental, emotional and spiritual challenges of fertility using emotional grounding techniques, proven coping strategies and powerful mindset shifts. You will have access to a private WhatsApp group along with other women on your package, journal prompts and guides to help your transformation and provide additional support.
