The Fertility Sanctuary is a safe, supportive space for women who are navigating the challenges of trying to conceive. I know how emotionally and mentally exhausting this journey can be, how isolated it makes you feel, because I've been there too. This is why I've combined my experience as a Midwife together with my personal experience and coaching to offer you calm, nurturing and compassionate support that builds your inner strength, and empowers to feel more grounded and ready to face whatever comes next in your journey. This isn't about fixing you, because you're not broken. It's about bringing you back to yourself, helping you regain the clarity and confidence you need to move forward one step at a time.

Hi, I'm Sam, mum of 2 after 6 years of infertility, IVF and loss, a qualified Midwife, dedicated fertility coach, and founder of The Fertility Sanctuary, and The Fertility Nurture Hub. I've been exactly where you are. I've felt the endless heartache, the never ending monthly rollercoaster of hope and heartbreak, I know how much this journey hurts and how lonely it can feel. That's why I've created The Fertility Sanctuary, to give women the support, understanding and guidance I wish I'd had. Together, we'll walk this this journey, one step at a time, towards helping you feel stronger, more resilient and more in control of your life again.
This work is deeply personal to me; not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve walked this path too. I know what it’s like to feel betrayed by your body, disconnected from hope, and unsure where to turn in your search for answers. My approach is gentle, grounded, and centred on nervous system care, emotional healing, and compassionate coaching that meets you where you are, without pressure or performance. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore. You were never meant to.

To create a safe, nurturing space where women on the fertility journey feel seen, heard, and deeply understood, helping them reconnect to their inner strength, feel emotionally supported, and know in their hearts that they’re not alone… and they’re going to be okay.
